Then, I dip a paper towel into the tea, gently wrap the area with the paper towel, then cover it with saran wrap or something to help hold the moisture in. I leave it on for several hours.
- Hot/cold Contrast Treatment
- The contrast between the hot and cold tends to increase the circulation to any area, which in turn aids the body in the healing process. Hot water will relax the muscles, drawing new blood into the area, which brings a fresh supply of nutrients and promotes healing. Cold water contracts the muscles and drives blood out of the area. Start with the hot water for 3 minutes and then switch to the cold for 30 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times making sure to always end on cold.

- Every bedroom needs at least 1 door exit and 1 window exit

And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived…”

- Genesis 41:34-36, 49 – Joesph

And let them gather all the food of those good years that are coming, and store up grain under the authority of Pharaoh, and let them keep food in the cities. Then that food shall be as a reserve for the land for the seven years of famine which shall be in the land of Egypt, that the land may not perish during the famine… Joseph gathered very much grain, as the sand of the sea, until he stopped counting, for it was immeasurable.”
- 2 Chronicles 14:1-7 – King Asa
- “Then Asa his son reigned in his place. In his days the land was quiet for ten years… And he built fortified cities in Judah, for the land had rest; he had no war in those years, because the Lord had given him rest. Therefore he said to Judah, “Let us build these cities and make walls around them, and towers, gates, and bars, while the land is yet before us, because we have sought the Lord our God; we have sought Him, and He has given us rest on every side.” So they built and prospered.”

- Heat: Include some warm blankets, sleeping bags, and Hand Warmers. Add warm layers (shirt, leggings and socks), Boots, and a rain poncho if you’re in a colder climate.
- Power: Have some extra batteries (Costco or Sam’s Club would be the cheapest), small power packs (our personal power pack, but you can find cheaper options, like this Power Bank), or even better, a Solar/hand crank radio & flashlight.
- Bathroom Items: Have a small bathroom bag packed with essentials, like Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, a Bar of Soap, Toilet Paper, Hand Sanitizer, and any other items you wish to include.
