If you’d like to cancel your free trial, here are the steps to do so:
- Visit your ThriveCart customer hub
- Enter your email address and click the “Send me my link” button:
- Check your email inbox for an email that looks like below and click on the link (check spam or junk if you don’t see it):
- Click on “Subscriptions”
- Make sure you are on the “Trials” tab and click on “View”
- Click “Cancel Subscription”
- On the popup, click “Yes, Cancel My Subscription”
- Confirm that you are sure you want to cancel
- Now you are canceled
