It’s 2 pages. The front is your roster: every name that would show up at your door, with their ages, medical needs, pets and how far away they live. Count them up and circle the number.
The back checks your 4 links against that number (water, heat, food and power), with one small step for each this week. Circle your lowest link, and that’s where you start.
Print it out and fill it in with a pen while you watch.
